After booking my U-Pack relocubes and before our moving day, Kevin was very responsive on text, letting me know what to expect and how many cubes he thought I would really need, based on the photos I sent him. I was able to add another person to help the day before the move, which was very much appreciated.
On the day, Kevin and his team arrived on time and were professional and personable. Not fazed at all by how many things we had left to pack, just very reassuring that they would handle it and get it done -- and they did!
In short, I would say Kevin is very knowledgeable and skilled about how to pack the relocubes; extremely communicative and reassuring; and overall very honest and fair. I would 100% hire him and his team again.

Don’t stress and get as much done early as possible. Try to put boxes to the side so we have room to walk . We also are insured .

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
