They were on time for their estimate, but considering it’s very warm I think they should have started earlier so not to be in the hottest part of the day. They had 4 hrs, then we had to pay considerably more for each hour, as the time got shorter & it got warmer they got slower, except for the youngest guy, he was amazing. A 4hr job took almost 7 and they charged for every minute, not to mention they got sloppy packing and now we will have to pay extra for our trailer & they left things behind. They were polite and friendly, but we won’t use them again.

Carter Moving was an amazing team! They showed up early and finished early, working quickly and efficiently. They had no trouble keeping all my furniture safe while they worked hard to unload the moving truck into the places I wanted. I hope I can use them next time I move.

This company is great! These guys are efficient and friendly. True professionals. Despite major weather issues the week of our move, they found a way to meet the scheduled timeline. They got everything moved into our place and assembled within a couple of hours. I would definitely use these guys again!

Kevin and Dimitri did an excellent job loading up our third floor apartment into our UHaul. They showed up a few minutes ahead of time and even stayed a bit longer than originally planned to get everything loaded up. The UHaul was expertly packed and nothing shifted during transit. Will definitely be contacting them for any future moving needs.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Don’t stress and get as much done early as possible. Try to put boxes to the side so we have room to walk . We also are insured .

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
