Very hard working group. We had furniture that was incredibly heavy and oddly shaped to be moved and they did it without a hitch. Not a single thing damage in the house or to our belongings. Would absolutely use again.

I will not use them again. They sent Packers that were not very professional. These packers did not know how to pack. They rushed through the job. And they said they were finished before my paid time was up; and they didn't pack my very expensive king-size Bed, and there still was plenty of air-space in between items and on top. And they acted like they were annoyed by the amount of stuff I had for them to pack.
Bottom line, these packers were not properly trained and they were unprofessional.
I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Smart Move, LLC did a fantastic job and their communication was very good. After getting confirmation through "Hire a Helper" and as instructed, we contacted Smart Move and everything seemed to be in place and fine. Smart Move staff arrived on time and did all that was expected and more with the move.
However, the "Hire a Helper" group was another story. We confirmed through the Hire a Helper app which did not effectively outline the requested move. We needed a truck to help but not an option to specify, although we confirmed with Smart Move that a truck was available and would be used. Hire a Helper called the morning of the move to increase our price and basically stop the move unless we paid the higher price. They basically held our move unless we paid them more money. This was a situation that could have been avoided especially since we had communicated as instructed with Smart Move early in the week (four days before the move), only to learn that our request had not been effectively communicated and our move "held-up" until we paid more money...

The entire team was efficient and careful. Got everything loaded in record time. Would definitely use Smartmove again. Wish we could get the same team for unloading in OK. ??

The guys were efficient and all around good natured. It was a pleasure having them at the house. They took care not to damage walls when moving items out of the house, and they were gentle with securing furniture and items in the POD. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking to hire movers.

Team did a fantastic job! They were able to meet me on time, wasted no time in completion once there, took extreme care when handling our belongings as if they were carrying things that belonged to them, placed them where and how we liked, and they were very respectful the entire process. Couldn't recommend them enough to anyone moving
