We take pride in making sure our crew is fully prepared before stepping onto any job. Each team member goes through hands-on training that covers. Proper lifting techniques to prevent injury and protect belongings. How to safely wrap, pad, and secure furniture and fragile items. Efficient loading and unloading strategies to maximize space and prevent damage. Customer service skills to ensure a friendly, respectful experience .On-the-job shadowing with experienced movers before working solo.
