They crew arrived within their ETA, but they left before the window I paid for was up. My husband and I had to finish loading the storage unit. I also don’t understand how they loaded it. We’ve moved many times and never once has a moving truck or storage unit been packed this way. I’m disappointed in the service for the $400 I paid.

Both James and Donte were very courteous and professional. They were both very efficient and worked well as a team together. They took great care to make sure my furniture items were rapped correctly so they did not get damaged. And although I was anxious they were very calm and professionals the whole time.

Early arrival without a phone call in advance, in turn, they had to wait. Otherwise, they did a great job & there weren't any communication issues.

They did a great job. However the finished 30 minutes early and I still got charged the full 7 hours. I'd like to see that corrected.
There must be a mistake, you were only charged 6 hours. If there is anything else I can help you with I’d be more than happy to assist at anytime just give us a call!

The 4 guys who came were awesome!! Did the move in the hours hired and all stayed right at it till done. Nothing broken and put where label said to put. Sure would use again and would highly recommend. Great Job!!
