Ali and the team from Best Movers were outstanding. They arrived in time and moved expeditiously and with care to move everything from our temporary rental to our new home in DC. There were plenty of stairs, boxes, bins, some heavy furnishings for a three bedroom home as well as fragile items, musical instruments and more. After assessing what needed to be moved, Ali quickly gave us an outline of estimated additional time, personnel and cost, which fit into our budget and made sense for the size of the move. Nothing was damaged and everything was safely and securely removed, loaded in the truck, delivered and set up as needed. We highly recommend Best Movers and plan to contact them to move our baby grand piano out of storage.

The movers showed up late, truck wasn't big enough to haul all my furniture, so alot was left behind. They charged me $600 extra dollars because they said that they only was being paid for three hours.
Your order was 4 movers and 17' truck for 3 hours of work, it was your choice.
Movers did more than 6 hours plus packing materials, we waived almost $100 as a discount.
Also, we called you on October 11th but no answer, and we called you again on October 27th at 3:42 pm and we advised you based on the stuff you have 17' truck may not be enough and 3 hours will not cover the move, and you didn't say anything..
The team said they took everything except the TV you said it's going in your car, and some other few items it's not going, add to that long carry and 4 flight of stairs on this job.

Hard working group of guys..second time hiring them. Would hire again. Brought blankets, wrap and tape to help protect furniture. We’re cautious about damaging anything, but didn’t necessarily read boxes labeled Fragile. As soon as I pointed them out they were particularly careful with them.
