I paid for 8 hours, and after they worked for 7 hours, they wanted to leave. During moving, they texted and made phone calls frequently. It took me 0.5 hours to have the phone call with their boss and the HireAhelper, but they counted this 0.5 hours as working hours. Finally, they stayed to resemble the bunk bed for me, but stopped after 8 hours (including the 0.5 hour for phoen call). The bunk bed was not fully done. During moving, their boss kept calling them, and his tone is very rude when talking with me. It is a terrible experience.

They were awesome! They carefully unpacked our new furniture and took it up steps to the rooms it went in, and put together what I asked them to. They tore down the packaging and helped me clean up a fair amount of it. They did more than I expected. They were very professional and courteous. They were on time, worked very hard for the two hours we paid for. They didn’t damage any of the furniture, walls or floors. I would absolutely use these guys again.
