We hired Best Movers to help us pack up the rest of our household belongings into a PODS, following a cross-country move. This is our fourth (and will be our last) PODS that we have packed for this move, so we have had quite a bit of experience over the last four months. One of the movers was unfriendly, bad tempered and extremely difficult to work with. They repeatedly argued about the ability to fit items in the PODS, and in what order. While we paid for 4 hours, my partner sent them away after 2 hours because she was "tired of arguing with them and rapidly approaching the point of yelling" at them. She finished packing the PODS herself and I had to keep her from sending a picture of everything fitting in the PODS with room to spare. As a mover, you may be an expert in packing PODS, but that doesn't mean you should constantly argue with your customer and definitely not treat them rudely when they are providing direction on packing their property. All that being said, the movers were on time and my partner said they were efficient in actually *moving* items from our basement up to the PODS, which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1.
First of all you called me a day before your move to reschedule and we did without any reschedule fees, team leader load almost 3 quarters of the POD ( The container ) and then because he was professional and trying to help he told your partner based on his 15 years experience that the POD will not fit everything so she can chose the priority items, but she told him do not say that, on the other side we can not squeeze stuff to the point it get damaged there is a limit and weight limit for those containers.
Also, we checked the GPS on the car movers start at 9:28 am and left at 12:19 pm so it 3 hours of work they did.
Finally, I asked the mover who worked with our team leader if he argue with your partner he said we did not, and the team leader he was very quiet after she told him stop saying it will not fit. we have a picture it shows the POD almost full and the items still outside the container such as the grill, baskets, cage, gym weight rack...
Again, I'm sorry for any misunderstanding or any miscommunication.

Ali and Angel were fantastic, professional and also very patient when we had some delays getting into our new place. Good communication all day, promptly on time and worked hard every minute until the job was done. They took extra care, even with four set of stairs and narrow hallways, not to damage any of the items or walls. This was a very last minute hire as our original moving plan fell through, so we were initially hesitant - but the reviews say it all and this was well worth the money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Best Movers VA. Thank you very much guys!!

Two workers showed up on time and worked very hard during the 3 hour window they were here. They moved our furniture and other possessions from our house to PODS in our driveway. They were careful handling our furniture and boxes and wrapped the furniture in blankets we provided. They were obviously experienced and packed our possessions efficiently in the PODS without needing a lot of direction by us. We will use them again to unload the PODS when our remodeling is complete.
