He was on time, very professional, and they moved all my awfully heavy furniture up to a 4th floor apartment - no elevator - in the rain. Thank you, gentlemen! I arrived ahead of schedule and John was able to accomdate me. He showed up and did a great job. He and his helper loaded the contents of a 10x30 storage room into a 26 foot rental truck without any input from me. I would highly recomend him to anyone who can't load their own furniture.
