What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Once we confirmed that your all booked, expect a phone call rite away from Master Mover's. 1.To touch base with the customer and confirm we have them booked. 2. Go over details such as, furniture being moved, boxes, heavy items, appliances, etc. 3. Get a visual lay out of the move so we can prepare and game plan prior to the move day. 3 Ask if the customer needs any, straps, dollies, boxes, wrapping, padding. 4 what truck size. 5.start time, and address to start.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Well we would be in touch prior to the date. Just to insure the customer everything is great on our end and to insure them we'll be there on the move date. Then the day of the move we always call the customer 1 hour prior to let them know we are having our coffee and we are on the way. And most importantly we always get there at least 15 minutes early to do a proper walk through and introduce us to the customer's.
