We take all customer feedback seriously, but we strongly disagree with several statements made in this review and feel it’s important to clarify the facts.

First, the decision was made to move all items via the stairs rather than the elevator, as the elevator was located on the opposite side of the building. That choice significantly increased the labor time and effort required. Additionally, the rental trailer you provided required strategic loading, especially with a king-size mattress, which cannot be transported upright. It had to be laid diagonally and packed carefully with surrounding items to prevent shifting and damage. Trailer loading requires a different approach than unloading into a residence, which is not a fair time comparison.

Regarding timing, our team communicated proactively when it appeared the move would exceed the initial estimate. We believe in transparency and making customers aware before additional time accrues. The total time reflects the labor required under the conditions present that day. (3 hours total-would've been longer if we opted for the elevator on the other side of the building)

As for the follow-up message, David reached out with the sole intention of checking in after sensing your frustration and hoping to resolve concerns directly. There was no ill intent—only an attempt at customer service. Once HireAHelper stepped in, we respected their process.
