The movers showed up late, and barely gave me the two hours for which I paid. To their credit they did work fast. But the worst of it was the last piece of furniture they moved, put a three foot scratch in my floor. I have been calling claims and getting little to nothing in return. If they do not remediate my damage, I will have to take alternative action against the company.
To their response; saying my floor was already scratched:
Bold face lie! Prove it.
Show me the photo. My floor was pristine pior to the cabinet being moved.
But all this is mute. Turns out, as I just learned from their letter to me, HireAHelper is a broker firm. HireAHelper honored my request for movers. Little did I know they sublet the job to Classic American Movers. My complaint will be lodged against them (the actual moving company).

Brandon and his team were amazing. If they didn't pack as well as they did, I never would have gotten all my belongings on the POD. They were on time, professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their packing and moving needs.
