The movers were supposed to show between 3-4 PM. They arrived around 7 PM after I was done unloading and had requested a full refund. They didn’t move a single thing. I still see a charge of $371 on my bank account. I want my full refund.

The movers were very professional. Some of my items had been broken in transport, and they still handled them with care, which I thought was very respectful on their part. It was also incredibly hot and humid the day of the move, plus my building is a walkup, and they worked consistently. I definitely could not have done that myself and I greatly appreciate their help. They really did an amazing job to get everything done quickly. I would definitely recommend Astra Moving!

Astra Moving did a great job for us. I called them on the day of my move and they were able to accommodate my needs. The owner, Dan, was very responsive and was very thorough in his communication. The 2 workers (Romnel and Pepe) were very professional and friendly. They worked hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend Astra Moving without reservation.

I recently hired this team of 4 to help me move items from two storage units and a U-Haul into a shipping container. They exceeded my expectations! The men were kind, professional, and accommodating, especially when we encountered space constraints in the container.
Daniel did a great job leading the team, and the others were meticulous when moving furniture using dollies and hand trucks. One area for improvement could be bringing their own equipment (or letting the customer know what would be needed in advance), such as furniture straps and dollies (we were able to find a few that the storage unit provided and one that I had from Uhaul).
Despite the complexity of the task and the hot weather (the hottest day in June), the team worked efficiently and carefully. The project took longer than expected (five hours instead of two), but this was understandable given the amount of items we were packing.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of professional movers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We begin with a preliminary phone call to understand your specific moving needs. Once details are discussed, we’ll confirm your appointment and let you know exactly which movers will be arriving. From start to finish, we keep communication clear, prompt, and professional. You can always count on us to stay in touch and remain available for any questions or updates—before, during, and after your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We arrive on time, ready to work. We're focused until we get the job done, professionalism and courtesy is our mantra.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have everything boxed up and taped. Please have all things taken off of and inside furniture pieces. Please also have mattresses wrapped up. If you can too, please secure parking for your truck/POD as close to your house as possible.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've done it all, from local to long distance, office moves as well as bringing your things to a storage. As long as we can move it, we'll do it. Time or distance isn't a problem.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy manual labor as well as giving our customers a service they need. Making our customers smile and feel happy after our work is something we take immense pride in.
