Had a last-minute move scheduled and they were super accomodating. 30 minutes after sending a request on a Saturday afternoon for a move the next day, I received an e-mail from Astra Moving confirming that that they will do the job. We arrive on time, ready to work. We're focused until we get the job done, professionalism and courtesy is our mantra.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have everything boxed up and taped. Please have all things taken off of and inside furniture pieces, please also have mattresses wrapped up. If you can too, please secure parking for your truck/POD as close to your house as possible.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've done it all, from local to long distance, office moves as well as bringing your things to a storage. As long as we can move it, we'll do it. Time or distance isn't a problem.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy manual labor as well as giving our customers a service they need. Making our customers smile and feel happy after our work is something we take immense pride in.
