My experience with Atkins- movers was very very poor. The men that came to help me was a father and son, the young man was just seventeen years old, but I was told that they were sending me two expensive people. It was a joke.

The guys were polite, showed up on time and took care of unloading the things we needed taken care of in an efficient manner. They did not bring any tools but were happy to out the legs on the sofa back on when we provided a screwdriver. I would happily use them again.

This was the absolute worst experience ever. We packaged everything with bubble wrap and moving blankets and the way they packed things into the pods was horrible. We unpacked the pods and so many things were broken. Family heirlooms destroyed. TV broken, paintings ripped, brass lamp and antique umbrella holder dented beyond repair. Antique chair scratched, bar stools ruined w paint chips, wood sculptures scratched. I think a child could have packed better than they did. We will never use movers again after this experience. We’ve been in tears about the amount of damage incurred.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure our movers are experienced, reliable and efficient. Our movers are all required to have at least 2 years experience and are able to lift over 50 pounds.
