The experience didn't look very promising at first. One of the guys arrived on time to unload our truck, but the other was over 30 minutes late. The first guy to arrive wanted to get started right away, which was crazy because I don't want to pay for 2 hours with 2 guys when the first half hour is just one guy. However, when the second guy arrived and they got to work, they were very fast and efficient, finishing in about an hour and a half.
You Hire our moving service with only one hour notice. We told you that the movers will arrive Between 10 to 11am due to the short notice. One mover arrived first since we was closer to you and the other one arrived later but not late since he was in a different location. Technically he was not late and arrived within the frame time established by the service terms.

I hired MTT to unload a moving truck into my home. MTT was flexible with my block of time the day of my move, the two movers arrived at the scheduled time and were easy to work with, and they were careful with items moved. I would use MTT again.

I was very impressed by my helpers. They were speedy, efficient and got a very large amount of boxes and hard-to-handle furniture down four steep flights of narrow stairs into a waiting U-Haul truck with as much ease as is possible, as well as being able to weather a few slight changes in schedule. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and really knew what they were doing. I can't recommend them enough to anyone engaging in a move in NYC.
