Amazing helpers! They were careful with every item and cautious of the walls and house when carrying items. Helpful in everyday and pleasant demeanor. Take intaitive to assembly beds and place them in the rooms. Cleaned up after unloading and moving furniture and boxes.

This crew was two guys. They came with wonderful attitudes despite all of us finding out that the building didn't have an elevator at the last minute. They helped us get our heaviest furniture and boxes in place. They were great at communicating before and during the move. Really appreciated their help!

The owner was friendly, calling us promptly upon booking. The two men arrived very punctual and friendly; and assured us that they had a lot of moving experience. While moving out stuff however there were mumbled complaints, frustrations and I just felt that they were not prepared to move the items we had listed. They did hit the ceiling of the apartment hallway, causing a large indentation (hole, really). We asked them to compensate anything more than two hours that they had booked us for. They agreed to it, but only went over by about 10 minutes. Since the included insurance doesn’t cover damage to walls and ceilings, we assumed we would have to eat the cost. After our review was seen, we were contacted by the owner, who had not been informed by staff about the hole. He has since offered to repair it, or reimburse us the cost.

Can't say enough good things about the team that helped with my move today. They arrived on time and ready to work. They packed our POD like champs, and handled everything with care and professionally. Not only that, they were super nice and polite, helpful and cheery despite it being one of the hottest days of the year. I would hire them again in a second, and highly recommend them.
