Terrell and his crew knows what they’re doing, not dishonest, came on time and prepared for the job. My wife and I had a terrible experience five weeks ago with movers who took advantage of our moving situation. Family Movers were transparent from beginning to finish, what matters to us they are not a moving broker, which means they have their own employees, and knew exactly who we was working with and not a surprised on move day. The furniture was not scratched or damaged, and were respectful of our property. Terrell the owner informed us exactly how it is and nothing changes during the moving process.
It was pleasure working with Terrell and his crew and would do it again in the future.
