What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a confirmation call or text 1 to 2 days prior to their scheduled move date. This is to confirm no changes have occurred since booking and address any questions the customer may have. From that point, the next contact is from the crew when on the way.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On move day, the crew will give the customer a courtesy call when approximately 30 mins away. Upon their arrival, the crew will go over the start time and other paperwork and proceed with a walk thru of the premises. Following the walk thru, the crew will begin wrapping, protecting and disassembling items in preparation for loading. Once loaded, the crew will transport and unload into the customer's preferred destination, reassemble all items and place furniture and/or boxes as desired by client.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should be boxed and ready to go prior to the arrival of the movers. For items the customer intends to transport on their own, these items should be set aside to one area and communicated to the crew. Customer should not overpack boxes and the majority should be closed and sealed (for better stacking/loading)

What training do you provide your crew members?
Each crew member receives paperwork & company background training, customer service furniture wrapping classes, moving mechanics training upon joining our team. New drivers receive driver safety training additionally.
