Like I said they left all the glass there we ask them to put something in the truck frist they didn't they left it there me and my husband had to get it over to the new house he is 74 years old and im 62 on oxygen we didn't know it went over
You made your moving reservation 1 day before your big move! During our conversation the day before your scheduled move we talked about how big your house was with 3 or 4 bedrooms and a garage full and you scheduled only 1 truck and 3 movers for 6 hours. I let you know it would be more in the 8-10 hour range and that everything would probably not fit in the 1 truck and that you would need 2 trucks. We only had one available and you said you were ok with us moving 1 truck full only. I let you know that we could load 1 full truck and deliver it that day and that if you needed more help to schedule another day for a few more hours. Because you scheduled your move the day before the move it did not allow us enough time to view your inventory and give you an accurate price. If you had called me to let me know about the glass items, I would have helped you move them as you are elderly. I assume the glass items that were left behind was because you did not want to pay extra to pack them? Maybe I am mistaken. Perhpas next time when you have such a big move you could plan a little more in advance and give the moving company a fair chance to give you an accurate quote and provide the right number of trucks and movers for your job! We wish you all the best and we are sorry that you did not have a great moving experience. What can I do to make it right please?

The team was courteous, professional, and efficient. They handle a task nobody wants to do, navigated three flight of stairs and didn’t break anything. Cannot recommend more, hopefully I don’t have to use it again soon, but would lean on these services again in the future.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will email you a booking confirmation with instructions on how to prepare for your move. We will call to confirm the move the day before and the drive will call you on move day to let you know when he will be arriving.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on time and perform a walk-through before the moving starts. We will have you sign the contract to agree to the terms and pricing. We include FREE: floor runners, furniture wrapping, disassembly and reassembly, mattress bags and 6 wardrobe boxes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
No liquids, flammables, explosives or hazardous materials. All dresser, desk drawers and cabinets should be empty. All items packed in boxes, bins with lids or suitcases - no trash bags please. You will have to have gas dryers disconnected and reconnected as we do not do that. We can unmount TV from Walls but we do not remount them. All glass items must be packed in cardboard either by you or by us for an additional fee ranging from $10-$30 per item.
What types of moves have you handled?
We all residential and commercial office moves within the Bay Area and all over CA. All our movers have at least 5-15 years experience and we have had no lost or stollen items in 5 years of doing business!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We take price in being careful movers who care about our customers. So when all your belonging arrive without any damages, we know we have done our job well. That makes us happy. We like to see many 5 star reviews online!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All our movers and drives are background checked and must have at least 5-15 years experience to work with us. You are only as good as your wekest link and we do not have any weak links.
