The crew arrived a little late due to the weather but they made up for it with their approach to using the job completed.
The crew was very respectful, not only through personal communication, but they handled your property and furniture with respect. They definitely were prepared to handle the task on hand. In the end they made my job and the transition must easier.

One of the movers did not seem to know what he was doing and the other mover had to tell him everything. I had asked for the packed boxes already in Pod to be put on 2 shelving units, which they weren't, and then the bigger boxes left didn't fit on the shelves. In addition, the lead mover Eddie was argumentative with me after he requested adding an extra hour and I questioned the 30 minutes spent moving my couch out the front door which had to be removed. I had no problem paying for the extra hour, I was just asking a question, and felt he was abrupt and unprofesssional.
