Would highly recommend this company for any moving needs! Loved that they were respectful of our property, were flexible with the timing and patient with our sometimes indecisiveness with where to position furniture. They were all great communicators, friendly and overall positive vibe. They arrived on time and stayed two extra hours to help finish emptying our 4 16X16 PODs.

We were fortunate to have Lawrence & Family at both sides of our move. They worked hard, were friendly, accommodating and cautious. We provided moving blankets and straps and they packed everything in an efficient and space conscious manner. As with any move, we had very minor damage due to a little rubbing during transport but NOTHING broken (including the antique cabinets with curved glass).

They did a great job, BUT ambush you near the end of the job by telling you they need more time, or they’ll leave you with an unfinished job. Beware the bait-and-switch!

John and his helper worked very hard, but not smart. When they arrived and saw everything that had to be packed on the truck, John said it would be tight, but he felt sure everything would fit. I told them that all of the furniture HAD to go. They immediately began loading all the boxes, all the while assuring us that things were going fine and felt sure all would fit. After 3 hours in, it was obvious that they could not get the furniture in the truck. So, they unloaded the majority of the load and then began loading the furniture. I went to rent a storage unit, since it was obvious we had to do something. We needed to be out the next day. With the help of family and neighbors we loaded boxes at the storage unit and small pieces of furniture at a friend's garage. The kicker is that when we arrived in FL, our movers said our truck could have taken another third of items. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL OF THE REMAINDER ITEMS WE HAD TO STORE. The movers in FL said that these were not professional movers. Now we have to make another trip back to PA to load the remainder of the items and move them down to FL. In addition, we had to pay for 3 additional hours for their mistake. DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm.

I would highly recommend them. Robert & Brian showed up on time and actually was getting things prepared while I was at Uhaul waiting for the truck that was supposed to be ready. They were very nice and professional. They packed the truck to a tee and then followed me to my new townhouse. They unloaded in a timely fashion. They were the two nicest guys I was fortunate to get to help with my move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We like to give an Eta once its known, you can expect communication on arrival and job progress. On time arrival, courteous and respectful movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All we ask from our customers is guidance! Of course we would like everything packed and ready but that's not always the case, So if you can just let us know where everything goes, any pre-cautions, or requests we will take care of the rest! (We don't mind helping to finish up some packing here and there.)
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done long distance and local moves, packing customer belongings, cleaning up after the move. We have move Pods, Pakrats, ABF trailers, u-hauls/upacks. We also move heavy/bulk items such as pianos, gun-safes, and pooltables,etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have moved literally every year growing up, and I can't tell you how much movers would have made a difference! We love to help take the stress and strain off our customers during this difficult, yet exciting time.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
