The unloading help was great, very careful and hard working!! Their boss wouldn't let them use the dollies provided so they unloaded truck one box at a time. So what should have taken 4 young men 2 hrs ended up 3 1/2 with their backs broke!! Felt we were milked for extra time $$$

They were on time, respectful and came out on very short notice. My only issue is that they did not lift heavy items; instead they rolled or dragged it and they did not bring dollies; however, they came out on very short notice so I can see how it slipped their minds. I did not see any damage, so I'm happy with the job they performed.

I can write pages about the job done by John, Doug and Robert helping pack and load our truck , for us to move from Indiana to Florida. The movers of a previous company I hired to move me told me it would be a waste of time and money to load a trailer I had. When I asked if the truck they came in was available at that time they said no. I asked them to call their office and see if the next day would be open. The movers came to me and told me it was all set to move me the next morning and the office would call me that night to confirm. The office did not call that night, and the next morning no one showed. I called the office that morning and was told that since I did not call them the previous evening that they could not move me till several days later.
So, I called HireAHelper and was given the number of a company that would be available. Within minutes Soft Touch Movers called me. Within twenty minutes they were there. They were very respectful of my belongings and not once did they slack on their job. They loaded my trailer with expertise and had room to spare to put even more than I expected to take with me for my move. I definitely would recommend them.

John Pappi and SOFT TOUCH saved my move! After ALL THE RIGHT MOVES confirmed with me a week prior to my move date THEY DID NOT SHOW for the job. Please do not ever consider reinstating all the right moves OR the same people called a different name. My job was handled professionally and in a timely manner. John contacted me right away and took extra people to job ahead of mine so he could get to mine faster. After packing two large PODS for me we determined I still needed a 6x12 trailer to tow to AZ. After completing my job Mr. Pappi dropped off his crew in Noblesville and then went to Martinsville and delivered the trailer to me in Carmel. I would have been totally screwed without his help. On top of it all he apologized for all the right moves not showing up! As far as I am concerned the work I received from SOFT TOUCH was second to none and Mr. Pappi should be canonized as a saint!
