The movers arrived later than scheduled due to traffic problems but kept us informed. The lead person did an initial quick survey of the different items in the house and then proceeded to start moving items into the van. He also suggested that we spend half the time (4 hrs) moving into the van and then drive over to the new place to start unloading. They worked pretty hard moving items into and out of the van. They took good care of the items and our property. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
