Buyer beware! These guys are more concerned about finishing as fast as possible than they are about doing a good job. One kid commented, “we’re getting this done in record time.” They got mad when I politely asked them to be careful and not damage the floors after I saw them drop things, slide them along the floor, and ram my couch legs into the sides of the door jamb. They indeed damaged my newly refinished hardwoods floors in three spots with deep scratches, destroyed the bottom of my dresser, placed boxes marked fragile under boxes marked heavy, placed a box labeled “this side up” upside down and liquids leaked everywhere. I’ve moved at least half a dozen times and these guys were by far the worst. Rick even said, “I can’t promise I won’t damage anything else.” He also said I could just file a claim, as if I should be ok with them damaging my stuff. These guys are the worst.
