The two (2) movers that we had were very courteous and mindful of our belongings. (i think their names were Joshua & David).
They got everything out of the POD and into our apartment in the scheduled two (2) hour time frame. My husband & I were very impressed with that they moved at a very steady pace and never once complained.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
