We had a wonderful experience from start to end! They were very flexible with the schedule, the containers came early during the day and the loaders came changed their schedule to come the same day instead of the schedule time the following day! From the moment they got here they worked very hard nonstop to get both containers loaded to the max. They worked fast but were very careful to not cause any damage to the stuff or the walls. Very professional and courteous! We will definitely be using them again.

I had high hopes for this this place because the woman I spoke to did her best to accommodate my move and really went above and beyond to make sure I had all the help I needed, including use of their truck the day of the move. However, the movers arrived more than three hours late. Because of how late they arrived, the move was extremely rushed , and because of the rush, some of my furniture items were tossed and poorly handled. At least three very expensive pieces of furniture are damaged to the point of needing serious repairs. Legs were bent and broken from chairs and one large item is actually in pieces. It was dropped on the ground in front of me and shattered. The workers were very slow moving, and I almost missed a window in time to place items into storage. I was yelled at by a storage employee because of how late the movers arrived to unload. This made my move so much more stressful than it had to be. The facility had to stay open later just for me. This move was the most stressful of all my moves, and some of my new my furniture is damaged beyond repair. It will cost me more to replace and fix the items that were damaged than what the cost of the move itself. Some pieces that were destroyed were sentimental pieces and this really put a damper on this move. I actually left crying from stress. I am very disappointed and will now make sure to do much more in depth research when hiring help. I hope this isn't how things normally are, but this was my experience.

Hard to pick a rating, please read: Phone Customer Service : 4, pleasant and professional Movers: Willie and Ricky : 5+, outstanding given their circumstances. Thoughtful, courteous, exceedingly hard working under very trying conditions, careful with my belongings, through, not a mark on a wall, floor, furniture. Company preparedness: These two men came with one two-wheeled mover and a small dolly (probably 12" x 12") on casters that were not industrial and probably 2" in diameter tops. That dolly could not hold a box as it moved across the parking lot. Had I not had my two-wheeled dolly available, and my own moving assistance, it would have taken even longer than it did. I don't understand how Mooney could send them out without the equipment they needed to be successful unless the goal was to take longer and charge me more. For these reasons only, I would not use the company again. If I could hire Ricky and Willie directly, I would in a heart beat. They are employees to keep.

The movers were actually early, prepared to the job with a smile and high Engery. They worked hard, they moved and loaded the truck mindfully and repect with the property and myself. They worked well as a team and I would most certainly used them again.
