This was the best loaded uhaul truck I have ever had. The workers were polite and efficient. Our truck was loaded with great care. I highly recommend these movers.

Devon and his partner were late, arrived at 1:25 pm but he did call to let us know. His helper was new and needed much guidance as expected. They did accomplish what we asked them to do.
One concern deals with safety. The workers need to secure their pants so they are not falling halfway down their legs, a big safety issue for both workers especially carrying furniture down stairs. We believe this resulted in a ding on our drywall when they lost their balance.
We would use them again, they were polite and respectful

I had a small job of moving a stone garden frog too heavy for me to lift from one house to another. The two young men who arrived were helpful, personable, and a little amused at my frog, lol. I appreciated they could schedule me late notice for Sunday morning. I would recommend them for jobs large and small, and I would hire them again.

These were good men. They needed a hand cart with rubber tires for many of the loads, but had to make dollies with small wheels work on carpets et al. We have a few wall gouges to repair, but it was a lot of work for a four-hour stint. Thank you.

Our service was awful with Moving Mates (late arrival, did not finish our move, and damaged our furniture) from Angi's List/Thumbtack so we had to hire additional movers for the next day because we were on a tight deadline to move out of our sold home. The two movers that were sent were superb and finished 30 minutes before schedule. We were highly satisfied and would use this company again.

Josh & his helper did an excellent job. I pulled my back so they worked well independently. They were hard working, positive, courteous and finished quickly unloading my 10 ft Uhaul into a freight Elevator w/Dollie’s.
I would highly recommend Pride and would request Josh and his helper again.

They did a great job once on site.
They were prepared. They hustled to get us off the loading dock and into the apartment.
The only item that was not great was they did not show up till 11am.
Once they got there we finished in two hours. I appreciate all their hard work and hustle.

I booked 2 workers for 3 hours. There was excellent communication leading up to our move day and on the day of our move the workers promptly showed up at the requested time. They did a great job of loading all the items while also being thoughtful on how items needed to be packed for a 600 mile move. Confirming the time and payment was a no hassle job. I would book a moving job with this company again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
