First off, we were stoked to find there was a business that was easy to find on the internet that provided labor for moving etc. I will say that I understand how business operates, and the $30/hour was slightly pricey, but I also understand overhead, and the third party website. Ultimately, I was very satisfied, the guys were great and helpful. Easy to find on the internet, great follow-up with Superior (Janell) with phone calls, and liked the fact that Hireahelper still is concerned with how the transaction worked out for us. Most of all, the fact that I had to approve before payment was made, told me there were stand-up people involved. Highly impressed.

We needed some help moving large furniture between floors of our home. These guys were pleasant and worked fast. What would have taken me 2 hours with my brother in law took them 20 minutes. They were a natural at negotiating tight turns and a curved stairway without missing a step.

Chris and Diego showed up a few minutes early and did an outstanding job!!! They moved my stuff from a U-haul with no ramp into my third floor apartment without an elevator. They worked through the heat and didn't complain about it at all!!! The handled my stuff with the greatest care and treated every item like it was their own. From booking them to sending them off I encountered nothing but courtesy and professionalism.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
