A little late due to bad weather, but they kept me updated the entire time so I knew when they would show up.
Showed up quick, emptied my truck quickly (Was way faster than I expected) and till treated the fragile items with care

Haller's Moving Company; Trentyn and Sean (not sure of the spelling) were absolutely the best. They arrived when they said they would, they clearly know what they are doing and carefully planned the loading so that they were able to fit way more into our Uhaul than I'd thought could be possible. They are hard workers, cheerful and friendly throughout, and went out of their way before they left to make sure we were all set for our trip. There are a lot of costs involved in moving but I was delighted to pay this one -- great value for what they did!

Complete disaster. On our big moving day, a random guy showed up with his son (the son was a minor and he looked 13 or 14 years old). The dad informed me that he had posted an ad on Craigslist that morning (as a day laborer) and that they had been hired by Hallers Moving to help us that day. He also told me he didn't know who Trentyn (owner of Hallers) was and that this was the first time working for him. This move was a disaster from beginning to end. For starters, I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable that there was a minor lifting heavy furniture (Trentyn did not inform them there was a heavy upright piano and other heavy pieces). Also, we paid a very expensive fee to hire professional movers, and instead we got sent random, inexperienced people from craigslist (which is precisely what we were trying to avoid by hiring professional movers). Justin and Kevin were very polite but clearly inexperienced. Nothing was tied/secured, or carelessly covered with blankets, so all our furniture was rattling against the walls of the truck and against other pieces of furniture, all the way to San Francisco. Consequently, a lot of expensive antique pieces of furniture got damaged and we don't know how they are going to get repaired. Trentyn was always very polite on the phone, but I am very frustrated and upset with how things went. If you care about your valuable furniture and family keepsakes, stay away from Hallers for your big moving day.

Hire these movers! They arrived on time, ready to work, and were thoroughly delightful to work with. I would strongly recommend them and will be using them again if I need to move.

Great job, super hard workers. They had positive attitudes and were up for the challenge of our old house. Our couch leg did get broken but it was fixable so not a giant deal. Overall a good experience and helped us a ton.
