They were on time. They weren't fully prepared for the job as we had 3 flights of stairs and one was just learning.
They worked hard as far as lifting the heavy items. They didn't try to be within the 2 hours and did a bad job packing the truck. (Texting in between trips up and down the stairs and just trying to force furniture items into spaces.) We had a 15 foot U-Haul, and all the items should have fit if packed properly if they had any idea how to do it. We have to go back to where we moved from and retrieve the rest from storage.
We provided the stretch wrap and blankets, but they did not utilize them. They banged our Craftmatic bed on every concrete step on the casters and expect damage after our trip. UPDATE: There was damage, and we are going to file a claim.

Nice guys but very young and VERY inexperienced. Don't hire unless you intend watch like a hawk. They put heavy boxes on top of my box of Christmas ornaments. I asked several times for them to do something - put boxes marked fragile in moms attic (uhaul truck).. grab out the straps to use on the furniture.. pointed out areas where there were gaps. I had furniture damaged - a leg was broken off an end table and my TV cabinet.
