Loved the movers from All Star Movers. Very experienced, very friendly, and made unloading the truck to our seventh floor Chicago apartment very quick and easy. However, the management suffered from poor communication and poor scheduling. While we were assured a slot in the morning, the team came early in the afternoon several hours outside the original move in window. During this delay All Star movers could not be reached, which was extremely unhelpful. When they were reached, they continued to provide unrealistic estimates of when the movers were going to arrive (in the next 20 minutes!), simply to appease us and forcing the moving team to skip lunch. All Star Movers has hired a great team of movers, but management doesn't buck the stereotype of being unreliable, unresponsive, and difficult to communicate with.

I hired Allstar Movers through them on May 31-they were fantastic. There was a mistake with my previously hired Movers leaving me with a truck and no loaders. They not only responded to my emergency request, they sent 4 people by 2 pm and saved my day. They worked extremely hard for 6 hours and were cheerful to boot! A great bunch of young adults!

Highly recommend. Arrived on time, worked in a very timely manner, came with all the equipment they might need. Allstar Movers moved mattresses and boxsprings from upstairs to garage, furniture ( end tables, sofa, chairs) removed large/heavy mirrors off walls, large box to lower first floor, and detached bed frame from King bed. Do not hesitate to use Allstar Movers.

I would highly recommend ALLSTAR MOVERS. We needed to find help with a move at the last minute due to the movers (Reliable Moving Inc.) cancelling on the moving date. We then had to rent a truck. I called ALLSTAR MOVERS late in the evening and talked to Rayshon Jones. ALLSTAR MOVERS was able to accommodate. Rayshon and Doug were on time, prepared for the job, worked hard and were very respectful of all property and goods. Rayshon and Doug are very professional and friendly. They saved the day! We would definitely use them again.
