I hired 2 movers for 2 hours. The time leading up to my move I communicated with them. I had to change the time because of my delivery. They were able to accommodate me. They even called to see if I would be available at an earlier time. The movers were very pleasant and friendly. They spoke limited English, but who cares. I was able to attempt my Spanish. They followed instructions, were careful with my things and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again. I was on the 2nd floor, it was hot....kudos to them! Thank you!

I hired four movers for four hours and the day before it was knocked down to three movers but I still thought I’ll make it work because it’s the day before. Two movers showed up at 8:10 in the morning one mover showed up at nine however at 12:30 the company tells me they are done so I paid for three movers for four hours but really it was 2 movers for four hours and 1 for 3 hours not to mention the fact that they just threw things into my moving truck. Then after I said something they spent an hour of their time re-organizing the disaster they created and then broke the wheel off my toolbox as well as the house to my kids playground they had a complete disregard for my property or my time. This was by far the worst moving company I’ve ever experienced and I was expecting it to be better service seeing as though I hired them through hire a helper.

The 2 men that came to help were excellent, very professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they changed my time slot to later (which was fine, they gave me advanced notice), and then still arrived an hour after the window with only a call saying they were “running behind” without an ETA and I had to call to enquire where they were. I would hire them again!
