The guys showed up on time for the most part. Very professional and caring. My only complaint would be the "overtime" rate after 3 hours increase by $30+
It's hard for an armature to estimate how much time is absolutely needed. I feel the extended rate should have been the rate online when I added 1 additional hour at a lower rate. It really wasn't OT. Otherwise the team did well. Office is hard to reach however when called.

Outstanding loading experience for two 1-800-PACK-RAT containers on two consecutive days. Regular and professional communication to schedule and on arrival day. I will be using Jetmoving again to unload the containers. They worked efficiently and carefully. Absolutely no complaints. And they were nice guys on top of that!
