The movers were on time, nice guys and fast, I just wish they’d taken a little more care with some of my items. I had left some items specifically for the movers to wrap (my leather couch being the most important). I did not realize until they left and I was adding some final items to my POD that they had only wrapped my couch 3/4 of the way down! If I only wanted it half-wrapped I could’ve done it myself. I was so frustrated as I couldn’t move it to finish wrapping it and there was already a small mark on the unwrapped portion of the couch that I’m assuming happened while they were moving and loading it. Same with my padded headboard - it was not 100% wrapped - neither were the individual parts of the padded frame. I bought extra wrap as well so there was plenty. There may have been a lack of communication on my part, I just assumed when I pointed out things that I wanted wrapped in plastic that they would be completely protected.
