The movers were on time, nice guys and fast, I just wish they’d taken a little more care with some of my items. I had left some items specifically for the movers to wrap (my leather couch being the most important). I did not realize until they left and I was adding some final items to my POD that they had only wrapped my couch 3/4 of the way down! If I only wanted it half-wrapped I could’ve done it myself. I was so frustrated as I couldn’t move it to finish wrapping it and there was already a small mark on the unwrapped portion of the couch that I’m assuming happened while they were moving and loading it. Same with my padded headboard - it was not 100% wrapped - neither were the individual parts of the padded frame. I bought extra wrap as well so there was plenty. There may have been a lack of communication on my part, I just assumed when I pointed out things that I wanted wrapped in plastic that they would be completely protected.

I had 2 men and 1 truck, I had them move my furniture from one home to my new home and take the existing furniture from my new home back to my old home, new home came furnished but I liked my furniture better so I switched them. Guys were on time, very polite, covered all my belongings and did not scratch one item! They did not let me do any of the work!! I highly recommend them!
