Arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were very friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to advise that I will never use Team Lift for future services order #470784 with hire helper, the workers were extremely slow, they showed up with out there hand truck and other equipment that listed they would provide, I had my furniture and TV's properly warped and read to go upon there arrival, I had to add additional hr to the work order due to the lack they showed upon arrival I had some damage done to my wall unit at the bottom as if they dragged it or dropped it, and they left items that I noticed wasn't on the truck when they arrived at my home, The TV stand was in the closed with warped bag's of clothing, they brought the 5 bags of clothing but left the TV stand and a box of items along with it. I had to go back to the old apt and retrieve those items which took away from my day, after paying for an additional hr of services that should not have happened. I did reach out to Luis and he made excuses for the slackness of the worker's, I thought that you should know, I rate them a 2.

They were on time, Very professional and Courteous, They took very good care of my furniture. wrapped them very well so that my furniture would not get all scratched up. They did a great job and made full use of the pod that I rented. Yes I would hire them again and I highly recommend them.
