These guys were amazing! Organized, professional and polite an customer receptive. You need to keep these guys and get rid of Five Star movers or whatever they’re called. Horrible human beings, bad attitudes, lazy and liars to boot. I’ll be lodging a formal complaint against them tomorrow.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Quality customer service including appropriate quotes, handling required documentation for condo building moves, and making sure the customer will have everything they need for their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A pleasant, polite and experienced crew, efficient and effective execution of their move, and a general sense of relaxation when the job is done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure that elevators are reserved, all boxes are packed (unless we are to do the packing) and secured, and be ready to meet our crew!
What types of moves have you handled?
All types-- local, long distance, loading and unloading trucks, PODs, containers, offices, storages, pianos, pool tables, jacuzzis, large statues, art, antiques.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to provide a valuable service to people in such a way that they feel no stress and feel a level of gratitude that leads to generous compensation and future business.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew are trained in packing all manner of household effects, wrapping and protecting glass, wood, marble and other materials. They are trained in how to handle heavy fragile items, as well as delicate items such as antiques, paintings, glassware, china, etc, plus the loading of said items into the truck, stacking the truck, and safe unloading and reassembling where needed.
