Flawless. From the confirmation phone call to the 2 most perfessional movers, Tim & Denny, I will not only recommend Best Movers but I will use them again to move in! And boy can they pack a POD and navigate stairs! Can not say enough about how wonderful they were, and will ask specifically for Tim and Denny again!

Best Movers were awesome. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, professional, fast and efficient. They loaded all of our furniture (for a 3-bedroom apartment) within an hour and a half. They had everything unloaded and placed in our new place in two hours once we arrived. It was the most stress-free moving experience I have had, and would recommend Best Movers to anyone.

These guys were lifesavers! They were on time, very fast but extremely careful with the furniture and I appreciate the great job they did Would recommend them highly!

I wish I could rate different parts of the move separately but as an aggregate four stars seems apt. The two guys who came to my place were absolutely fantastic. They did their jobs with incredible professionalism and packed the POD in a way that kept my boxes and furniture safe and respected the limited space. I would give them five stars and recommend them highly.
As good as the movers were, the contact person/owner/manager was bad. He was short when speaking to me in planning the move and always doing something he considered more important than speaking with me. I asked him to send a certificate of insurance to my apartment building on a Wednesday; my move was scheduled for that Tuesday. He gave me a Comcast.net email address and asked me to send him the fax number, which I promptly did. My building called me on Monday morning to say they never received it. I called him at immediately at 930am, he said he never received my email and he wouldn't be able to send it over until 7pm which wasn't acceptable by my building. I asked him why he didn’t call me if he didn’t get the fax number and he said, “I can’t keep track of everything,” and told me he was busy and had to go and hung up. HireAHelper was able to get it to me, an option he didn’t even both to mention. All in all, the move went well but the key person I was speaking to pre-move had me incredibly stressed and convinced I was getting myself into a nightmare situation.
In summary, if you are going to use Best Movers, be prepared to be stressed out before the move but to get great movers the day of.

The team of 4 helpers were excellent. They arrived on time and were also very careful with our furniture. They finished half an hour before the 3 hours were up. We would recommend them to everyone and we will hire them again !!!
