Pack-Man: They were on time and prepared. We didn't feel they worked hard. Were in no hurry to get the job done. Wouldn't listen to my husband (whose was paying them). Unable to get many items in to the POD they were hired to pack because they weren't stacking/packing properly. Will not recommend or use them again.

Pack man moving services arrived on time and did an excellent job loading our PODS. They worked continueslly and finished the job within the time I hired them for. They came prepared for the job with their hand truck for moving the boxes. I would hire them again for the loading part of our move.

Easily the most economical and dependable of all the movers and services I needed for my move. Had to call them in twice, both on super-short notice (which was no problem.) In retrospect I should've called them more often! Lots of gratitude for these guys, definitely hire 'em if you can.

Pack-Man movers were very efficient and helpful with my move. They made sure to move my furniture with no damage. My only concern is that I hired 2 people, and they showed up with 3.

Levi is a wonderful, hard working man, who stayed so much longer than required to help me with a difficult move. At one point a new employee of his made a mistake with one of my pieces of furniture, without Levi knowing. When I brought it to his attention, Levi was very saddened by the incident , immediately took action, up to even offering monetary compensation. He as well as his other men most definitely respected me, and my goods. Only one new hire person, made a mistake due to lack of knowledge. Levi, took the time necessary to educate his employee, plus took care of me. I would hire him again, and with confidence know that everything would be accomplished very satisfactorily. This is a strong, young, hard working, and dedicated business with an owner who wants to earn your respect too. I feel empowered after learning more about them personally, and know most assuredly, Levi and his team arrive, on time, ready to go, turn your disorganized mess into a workable solution, and help you relax, at a time that's so very stressful for you. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
What types of moves have you handled?
The team has handled residential, commercial, on-site moves, assistance with moving heavy delivered item from delivery truck to inside the home, help with installing heavy granite countertops, load/unload/packing- just to name a few!
