They were not on time and the gentleman came with teenagers. Which is usually ok but they weren't prepared at all. I'm disappointed and I later found an item of outside by the trash can. Which I gave no approval to dispose anything.

They were on time and respectful of our home and our belongings.
2 minor issues- the master bedroom night stands were to be split into 2 different vehicles. This was not done and both end tables were placed in the pod. By the time we noticed this is was too late. The bedroom furniture set was split up.
- I also had 2 bikes - the mover did not realized the bikes were going in the pod. I was only able to bring one of the bikes
