The 2 older gentlemen were great. They put items where they belonged. The younger one seemed lazy and had to be told everything to do, old carried one item at a time.

The crew showed up on time. Only 2 of the workers had a solid work ethic. The truck was extremely poorly packed. The unloading crew made multiple comments that whoever loaded our truck didn’t know what they were doing & that the unloading was hazardous due to unstable stacks. Elite did not use any ratchet straps or rope that was provided. They used minimal packing blankets. There were several damaged items and boxes that were crushed. I would not recommend and if you receive them through hire-a-helper you need to supervise aggressively.

The crew scratched our floors as they did not wrap the furniture in the moving blankets. I saw them literally throw things down the stairs. They didn’t wrap anything in plastic. I dread seeing the condition of our things when we unpack them.

Anthony was a very hard worker and he understood everything as showed and explained. However his helpers were not so into the job. I have hard wood floors and the helpers had to be told several times to pick up my furniture so that my floors weren't scratched.
Other than that they were very good workers. I tipped them on CashApp.
One thing about the company that I'd like to point out is they (Anthony & crew) weren't told from you that I had dogs and they explained that they were afraid of dogs. This was one thing that I made sure to tell y'all (the company) that I had pets. Specifically 2 dogs. Please make sure to tell your employees before they arrive on a job these specifications! This could have been a deal breaker.
