they loaded more box's than furniture. So I had to rent a 6X12 trailer to complete my move. Not happy with the service felt like they were trying to get me to rent another Pod.
I don’t work for pods so my goal was to get everything in one I have no interest in making you get extra pods.
I told you when I started there was no way it would all fit in one pod.
It’s not my fault you didn’t order the correct amount of containers when I had told you on the phone a week earlier your stuff wouldn’t fit. You had large furniture and over 100 boxes the only things left were lift furniture items that would have been damaged had I tried to top stack our furniture items on top.
I kept your furniture safe and secure and I explained everything to you up front

I was blown away by Travis and the guys! They were lovely, personable, professional and their work ethic over the top. I can't recommend them highly enough. The way they packed the storage unit was unbelievable. I called them magicians!

It was raining that day. They were loading my boxes and left them out in the rain while they tried to cram boxes in the Pod.
I was also told bt Travis that they would have rachet belts to secure our goods and they didn't. They had to wait until my husband came back from the hardware store which we
Had to buy them! We had issues wiy7h Pod size which was our fault but when Travid wanted to talk to the loading supervior and I handed him the phone he had an attitude. I would never recommend Hire A Helper.i shared all the above with my Pods rep.
