What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect us to be in constant contact with them if they have any questions or concerns, we are just a phone call away. We will confirm and book the same day with a confirmation text or email. We will also confirm the day before the move as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will come in and do a walk around with the customer. The crew leader will line out the guys. The guys will wrap and pad everything. They will also bring to the customer attention any broken or damaged furniture prior to wrapping and padding.
