What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers will receive a work order confirmation upon booking. Then they will receive a 72 hour reminder and a 48 hour reminder.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team will call when headed to the customer's location with an ETA. We will arrive, walk-through and assess, then begin loading the truck.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If the customer is doing their own packing, try to make sure, to the best of their ability, that everything is packed in boxes that can close. Its ok if there are some random items that are not boxed (i.e. lamps, rugs, lawn mowers, etc), but the more items that ARE boxed efficiently, the more efficiently we can stack boxes and pack the truck.

Our team has a months long process in which seasoned employees train a new employee. This includes lifting, packing, wrapping, loading, unloading, billing, customer services, etc.
