I was disappointed in my service with these movers. They lacked a strong work ethic and one of the gentlemen had a bad attitude. They also needed quite a bit of direction (even though I explained everything upon their arrival) and I had to help move the entire time with them to ensure we’d get everything done in time. The movers brought my couches down and had to take the legs off to fit through the doors - you would think they would tell me where they put the legs or at least keep them together. I was missing 2 of the legs for a few days and ended up finding them in a tote with my Christmas decor! That just doesn’t make sense. I initially thought that maybe I was being too hard on the service but my opinion was validated when (different) movers helped me unload couldn’t believe that my stuff was loaded by professionals - it was that bad. I would not recommend, sorry but I hope this helps other people! Do your research like I should have done!

The two movers were well worth the money for the heavy lifting work they performed.It was very hot and humid 84 degrees in Milwaukee , and these two men just kept going strong.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact the customer immediately. Let them know we've received their request for services and would like to discuss the details of the job. First contact is great to ask or answer any questions. Also confirm customer address, time and any other additional information needed. We will be flexible with customer scheduling.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always call our customers the day before and the day of moving. Particularly on moving day, customer will get a call 2 hours prior confirming and verifying the details. Our friendly and professional movers will show up on time, work hard and consistently and take no breaks. Our movers goal is to be safe, take care of all your belongings and make sure you are 100% satisfied.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Wake up early. Clean up and throw out any unwanted items. Place any items not intended for transport in a separate area. Declutter indoor pathways and staircases. Secure parking for moving truck. Disconnect appliances and electronics. Pack an essentials bag. Have a plan for the kids and pets on moving day. Be present on moving day.
What types of moves have you handled?
We offer moving services in Wisconsin and Illinois so we've handled condos, apartments, houses, storage unit/facilities and even office moves often. We plan to continue to grow and offer long distance moves in the future.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making a big impact on cities and communities. We're showing families and individuals moving can be super easy, so we give them the help they deserve. And its great seeing those smiles after we showed up and saved the day! It almost feels like we're superhero's
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members go through a 3-Day course. Its part curricular material and hands on training all done in a home designed to practice safe moving strategies. Also the course has video tutorial and lectures that the crew study as well.
