Crew arrived 10 minutes late (not a real problem) but worked steady for the three hours without a break. Pluses: folded and stacked the moving blankets without being asked; repositioned some pieces when requested. Minuses: left mattresses in plastic bags after assembling the beds; complained job was taking longer than expected (past the 2 hours min.).

I chose Sundaze Movers based on the positive reviews left by other customers and they exceeded my expectations. My company wasn't paying for my out-of-state move so to save money I decided to rent a truck and hire workers to load it instead of using a national company to do it all. It was the first time I've used this service and they were awesome. The customer service prior to the move was terrific. They told me exactly what I needed on moving day (furniture pads, rope) and they were invaluable when I asked them for advice about various rental truck companies they recommended. On moving day the two workers (Kevin and Eric) were prompt, very professional, courteous and FAST! I was amazed. I highly recommend Sundaze Movers. Moving can be very stressful (I've moved to 6 states in the past 10 year) and this was the easiest move I've ever had. Seriously!

The 2 movers arrived on time, told us it would take 3 hours, which I had guessed. We were told by the lady on the phone that we would have them for 2 hours, I told her I suspected it would take 3 hours. She said no problem, if they get there and after an hour you need more time, it's just a couple of calls to get them for an additional hour. However, the 2 movers said they couldn't stay longer because they were booked shortly after our 2 hours was up. They did say they could come back later that day, but at a 2 hour minimum.
Halfway through the move, my wife (who I had stay out in the car near the POD watching them aand the POD) saw 1 of the movers drop a bunch of boxes, it shattered two plastic moving containers. Unfortunately, one contained alot of our Wedding photos and frames and pictures, but we looked and they were mostly okay just some nicks. however, another container was shattered and inside that was China and wedding gifts, a little more than 5 pieces were broken including a handmade wedding gift the packing paper and bubble-wrap saved the rest.
Also, the man who dropped the boxes said nothing, My wife called me (i was upstairs in the apartment), she didn't feel comfortable talking to him about the dropped boxes, so I came down about 2 minutes later and asked him to show me the dropped boxes. He had already packed the boxes in the POD, the 2 containers I mentioned were visibly cracked and falling apart.
After they left I called Sundaze Movers during business hours and no-one answered. Called again and left a message asking about information for making a claim about the dropped items and saying their was some miscommunication about the time I wanted them to be there. They didn't call me back that Day (I think I called a little over 2 hours before they closed). Today they are closed, So I hope to hear from them on Monday.

The two hired helpers (Kenny and Ryan) that were sent to our location were wonderful, hard working and great company. They were extremely gentle with the items they were moving and were efficient with their time. We will use this guys again!
