Kevin and Deyshon were on time, super polite, and very respectful of my belongings. Kevin even took the time to adjust the mirrors on my truck rental and showed me how to see cars in my blind spot. Love those guys!

We previously had Tyler and Jake load our moving truck and this time we had Tyler, Jake, and Brice unload it. They were great, once again! They unloaded a 4 bedrm house in under 2 hours! Very careful with our items in our new house, very conscious of the new carpet and took their shoes off. They were on time and worked hard. Very easy going yet professional. Highly recommend!

We had Tyler, James, and Kaveh load our 4 bedroom house into a 26ft U-Haul and it only took them 2 hours! They did a really excellent job. They were very professional, efficient, and courteous. They tied down as they went along, made sure to protect our furniture, and we're very careful with fragile items.
We also had a last minute schedule change due to a change in our truck reservation and 5 Star changed that for us with no problem. They are very responsive and have great customer service.
We were very happy with 5 Star Movers and would definitely recommend them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with 5-Star Movers, they can expect a prompt phone call to go over the details of the move, and discuss what the best options are for the customer to make the move go as smoothly as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer should expect a crew that moves their items quickly and efficiently, while also being lighthearted and able to joke around with them and have fun on the moving day.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should prepare for moving day by making sure they have plenty of ratchet straps and blankets so our team can come in and make sure all of their items are packed as securely and safely as possible. If it is a larger apartment complex, we advise that they reserve a freight elevator for use during their move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types of moves from long distance full-service jobs to California, office moves, full PODs packs, and even just moving a couch around in a house. We can do it all!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is the variation in environment from day to day. Sometimes I could be working at a 8000 square foot mansion with a 6 man crew, other days I could be working at a studio apartment with one other person. Every day is truly different, and that's what makes it exciting!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members all know how to use basic tools for assembly and disassembly, they know how to use moving equipment such as dollies and shoulder straps to make the move smoother. Our experienced guys are very good at loading trucks, and show the new people how to do it so they can one day be a great loader as well. We also prioritize attention to detail and will miss out on jobs sometimes rather than ever sending a crew we don't believe is 5-Star quality.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
