Hired for 2 hours. Done in one hour. I know there is a 2 hour minimum but come on. $325 for just under one hour. Great guys though. Great work. Too much for under one hour.

They were on time and fully prepared for the job.
We went through with movers and explain what we need to be moved into POD, after that they work very hard to get the job done.
They make sure that move thing in a fashion that does not damage the property as well as the good they are moving.
We highly recommend 5-Star Movers.

Cody and Taylor were amazing! I hired them to move things out of a u- haul on site into my new apt. They were on time, easy going, respectful of me and my questions or concerns and they were respectiful of my furniture and misc. items. This was not an easy job with a long sidewalk to carry things and 3 flights of steps - they were good natured the whole time through the whole move. I would highly recommend them!

The young men that took care of the packing of our POD were wonderful. They made sure all of our belongs were protected, got everything into our POD and packed it so it will not shift during the long travel to Florida. They arrived early and projected the time it would take and they were right on time, They were very respectful of us and our belongings and were very prepared and took great care in doing it right. I would use them again in a second.

5-Star Movers have the appropriate company name. The quality of their work is 5 STAR. Ben, Connor and Jake did a fantastic job moving our large household of stuff this past Labor Day weekend! They have both brains and braun, people skills are immaculate, and they actually made the move fun. They work well together with excellent communication skills with each other and us, the client. They know how to load a truck to maximize space, with no damage to our furniture or anything in boxes. I highly reccomend 5-Star movers and their pricing is also very competative.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with 5-Star Movers, they can expect a prompt phone call to go over the details of the move, and discuss what the best options are for the customer to make the move go as smoothly as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer should expect a crew that moves their items quickly and efficiently, while also being lighthearted and able to joke around with them and have fun on the moving day.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should prepare for moving day by making sure they have plenty of ratchet straps and blankets so our team can come in and make sure all of their items are packed as securely and safely as possible. If it is a larger apartment complex, we advise that they reserve a freight elevator for use during their move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types of moves from long distance full-service jobs to California, office moves, full PODs packs, and even just moving a couch around in a house. We can do it all!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is the variation in environment from day to day. Sometimes I could be working at a 8000 square foot mansion with a 6 man crew, other days I could be working at a studio apartment with one other person. Every day is truly different, and that's what makes it exciting!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members all know how to use basic tools for assembly and disassembly, they know how to use moving equipment such as dollies and shoulder straps to make the move smoother. Our experienced guys are very good at loading trucks, and show the new people how to do it so they can one day be a great loader as well. We also prioritize attention to detail and will miss out on jobs sometimes rather than ever sending a crew we don't believe is 5-Star quality.
