I absolutely would not use this company again. Only 2 of the 3 people actually got something done. One of the individuals did nothing other than walk around and watch, he may have moved a box.
When I booked the job, I explained that there was going to be refrigerators needing moved. I get that one of them had to have my front door removed but the other apparently wouldn’t make it through the door unless I took the handles off of the refrigerator. What was frustrating was the 35 minutes that 3 of them looked at the fridge and talked about it. I finally asked them if they had measured…nope, they didn’t have a measuring tape. I finally measured and realized that it wasn’t going to work, so I had them put the one back in the garage and move on to a few other things.
There were a multitude of other things such as not understanding how to get something downstairs. They were going to out back in garage, I told them how to angle the object to get it to fit, and after another 20 to 30 minutes it was done.
Just make sure if you hire them to have someone there who is willing to speak up, if not they may just do nothing until it’s time to leave.
I do feel like the one guy was trying to make up for the other 2, so I would give him a 5 star!

It’s clear from your feedback that there were breakdowns in communication and efficiency on our part, especially concerning preparation for moving the refrigerators and the time spent troubleshooting without proper tools. That’s not the standard we aim to uphold. We also regret that one of the crew members appeared disengaged — that’s unacceptable, and we’ll be addressing this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We do, however, appreciate you recognizing the hard work and efforts of the individual who tried to make things right. We’ll be sure to let him know that his effort didn’t go unnoticed.

The movers were professional, efficient and very organized. The crew needed a bit more help with moving a hot tub and they quickly brought 2 more “hands” on site to manage the heavy lift. I’d recommend dreezy’s!!!

Honestly when I order the small container I was not sure we would be able to get everything thing it. The packers are going to have to be very good. And they were!!! It is filled completely but they got it all in. We were very impressed.

We had a different moving company scheduled to unload our 16 foot truck. There were issues with that crew not showing up.
Dreezy’s Moving Services, LLC stepped in quickly to save the day. They made it to our home within the hour on a Sunday. Idris and David were on time, friendly and professional. They worked quickly and diligently to unload the truck on an extremely hot and humid day. They took great care in moving our items. We highly recommend their services. We will definitely use them in the future.
