Ben and Cam called 30 minutes ahead of time to say they were on their way, and handled everything well to move heavy items out of the storage containers and into the building. Overall they were friendly and efficient. I’d recommend Minutemen to others for moving labor help.

Tyler and his crew did a PHENOMENAL job moving our 1br apartment and storage lockers into a POD. They were on time, worked efficiently, and finished ahead of schedule. In fact, they brought 4 guys and got the job done in 2 hours even though I paid for 3 guys in 3 hours. They were attentive, careful, and super polite. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to make it all fit, but Tyler went over all our stuff, updated us as he packed the container, and made it all work. We couldn’t be happier with their service and can easily say they’re the best movers we’ve ever dealt with.

The Hire A Helper team was phenomenal! They were on time, prepared to get to work, knew how to maximize space, were hard working, respectful and efficient. Not to mention, moving day is a stressful day, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer team to help us feel calm and prepared. We moved out of state and wish we could hire the same team on this end!

The movers were punctual, personable, and extremely competent. They came with equipment for disassembly, treated my furniture with care, and were considerate of the cat (who had taken possession of some moving blankets.) They worked very efficiently and were very pleasant to work with.

Both workers showed up on time and ready to go as well as implementing Covid requests. They moved items out and into the assisted living apartment in the time period requested. They were super caring, polite, and worked diligently to make sure all items were not damaged and arranged as needed. Additionally, they reloaded the moving truck with unwanted furniture so I could transport to storage. Highly recommend Minutemen Haulers!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
