I should have gotten a 26 foot truck to capture everything I intended to move instead of opting for the 20 foot U-Haul vehicle. The helpers did the best they could in efficiently loading this truck. They were pleasant and professional.

Our helpers couldn't have been better. They moved things carefully and quickly, as well as accommodating to my needs. I would gladly hire them again!

They did a great job. Sam was amazing. 1 guy complained the whole day, the light colored hair guy that wasnt Sam. 1 guy started cramping and while I feel bad for him, we did pay per hour for each guy and the last hour for sure he wasnt much help. Cramping is spontaneous, I know, just a bummer since i had requested an early start and ended up with a 2:20 pm start. I do feel it was chaotic and that guy's complaining made it more stressful. I wanted it to be more organized and would have paid for more hours to get my thibgs where I needed them. Instead it looked like a tornado hit and I have moved so many heavy things to where I need them, myself. The guys worked hard, you may want to reduce your price for the 2nd shift. And make sure your guys know this stuff might be nothing or ugly to them but it means something to me.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.
