They took care of our items, made it out without any damage to the house, and finished earlier than anticipated, despite our PODs being packed tight and having to deal with a few Purple beds. The Big Boy Movers crew were great! They arrived on time and quickly went to work. They unloaded a 16 foot pod and set items in their place within 2 hours as scheduled. They were very careful and made sure not to damage furniture and items and were careful not to damage place. The latter was tricky since they had to go up 2 flights of narrow staircases in the townhouse.
We are in the middle of a cross country move with my husband leaving a month ahead of me. They were available at a short notice to help us pack the furniture we won't need while selling our house. They fit everything into our container efficiently and quickly. I will be hiring them again to help me finish moving when our house sells. Fantastic job!!!

The three gentlemen that loaded our Pods were absolutely incredible. They showed exactly on time , they looked at what was required and waisted no time at proceeding work. They worked VERY efficiently and loaded everything in our house in three hours and were very careful and a lot of consideration to the handling of property. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed. They were awesome! It was only for unloading the truck, but the trick was emptied safely and super quick! They placed the boxes in the room I specified as well as helped move around and adjust furniture and cabinets too.

Our stuff ended up arriving a day later than we had expected, and they were very flexible and changed the unload date without any cancellation charges. They worked extremely hard and though they were not extremely fast, they were extremely careful and considerate of our stuff and our new home. I would hire again in a heart beat.
Terrence and Andrew were fantastic! They showed up on time, were prepared to help me move, and didn’t stop working until the job was done. I lived on the fourth floor with no elevator so it wasn’t an easy move by any means, but they helped me with such a positive attitude. I would 1000% use them again if I hadn’t moved out of state.
