They did a fantastic job, as always. I requested them after using them last year during my initial move to the city. They came prepared to work, professional and handle furniture and boxes with care. Hopefully, I am not moving again soon again, but I will definitely recommend them to others.

John 3:16 movers were amazing. They took care in wrapping all my items to make sure they do not get damaged in our move. They were all very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job getting everything into the POD. I would highly recommend them.

Communication lacking. Became very agitated and dismissive of customers feelings when I frowned on their punctuality. Traffic ? .... 'okay if you say so ' customer service requires that you lean towards the customers feelings, wants, needs... whether you're rightly justified or not.

Mover's response:
We informed customer ahead of time we'd be a tad behind schedule which ended up being 15 min outside arrival window. We also informed her we were bringing four movers instead of the two she ordered at no additional charge to her, as our next job required four movers. All four gentlemen were able to complete her move in half of the time it would've taken the two she ordered. It wasn't until after we were finished that she asked if we could refund her an hour of the two she booked. At no point did I get agitated, as it's just not my nature (see previous and post reviews). I did however, with no emotions displayed, inform her that we were unable to do that as four movers had to already split the rate for two movers and that we actually finished much faster than if we utilized only the two she ordered. All while never feeling agitated. I did however apologize multiple times for our 15 min delay.
