John 3:16 Movers - A Local Oak Forest Moving Company

Unfortunately, every appliance we moved was scratched and scuffed before we touched it, which I now feel is why customer kept mention how she 'didnt' care about that 'old stuff'. This is a home with pets and children, so I understood. I had to tell her we treat everything like its brand new and our own. If we would have scratched or scuffed anything, it would be damage on door frames, walls or SOMETHING!? We did not scratch or scuff anything, which is why no damage to walls or door frames or exterior or interior of home was mentioned. We also, as mentioned, wrapped every appliance with blankets from top to bottom, some with multiple blankets, making it impossible to 'scuff' or 'scratch'. To be honest, we treated the customer's belongings as we do all our customers, as if they're our own, as mentioned in all our reviews. I am perplexed and disheartened that there is nothing I can do when I encounter a customer who has an obvious hidden agenda. I do know this is the last time I accept an order where the address is '666'. I hope potential customers will discern this scenario accordingly and conclude also that it's odd that WE scratched or scuffed anything that was wrappped in blankets from top to bottom, with no reported damages to interior or exterior of the residence. Its actually impossible, and I hope that is obvious to potential clients. Lastly, does it not seem odd that one would have to debate between leaving 3 or 4 stars when their stuff was damaged to THAT degree? Please read our other reviews to discern this further.
